Getting Started
- Open the left parts tray and drag components onto the carpet to place them.
- Name the track in the Actions panel. The track name is used for local saves and export filenames.
- Use the right library tray to store curb chains, groups, and multi-selections for reuse. Multi-selections are stored as groups, the library can be exported or imported locally, and saved items can be reordered by dragging their handle.
- Curb dimensions in this editor are sized to match Slideology curbs.
Placement And Editing
- Use number keys 1 to 9 to place tray components at the mouse position on the carpet.
- Use Ctrl + 1 to 0 to place the first ten stored library items at the mouse position on the carpet.
- Hold Ctrl and click twice on the carpet to add a measurement. Hold Shift while measuring to snap to 45°.
- Double click a curb chain to break it apart at the snap point nearest the mouse.
- Double click a group to expand it back into a live selection.
- Double click a Bott's dot to select the nearby connected cluster of Bott's dots.
- Double click a measurement label to type in a new length.
- Double click a text label to edit it.
Selection And Transform
- Use the arrow keys to nudge the current selection.
- Use H to flip the current selection horizontally and V to flip it vertically.
- Use Ctrl + G to group a multi-selection and Ctrl + Shift + G to ungroup it.
- Hold Alt while dragging a part to duplicate it.
- Use Delete to remove the current selection.
- Use Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V to copy and paste.
- Use Ctrl + Z to undo and Ctrl + Shift + Z to redo.
View And Navigation
- Use G, R, C, M, T, and B to toggle display overlays.
- Use S, J, U, P, O, +, -, and F for the actions panel buttons.
- Hold Alt and use the wheel to zoom. Hold Space and drag, or use the middle mouse button, to pan.
