Refunds and cancellations
How refunds work for paid go.atspeed.tech bookings, memberships, standalone events, and championships.

This page explains the platform-level refund approach for go.atspeed.tech. The specific cancellation and refund policy for a paid booking is shown during checkout and varies by club, event, championship, round, membership, or order type.
Club-specific policies
Each club is responsible for the cancellation and refund settings attached to its bookings. Before paying, the payer must review and accept the cancellation and refund policy shown in checkout. go.atspeed.tech may store a snapshot of that policy with the order.
Questions about race format, eligibility, attendance, event cancellation, championship cancellation, membership cancellation, and discretionary refunds must go to the organising club first.
Event and championship bookings
Where a club allows racer cancellation with automatic refunds, checkout explains the relevant refund window, deadline, and any non-refundable fee. Where a booking has a no-refund policy, checkout shows that before payment.
Championships can include more than one round. Refund rules depend on the championship settings, selected rounds, reserve-list status, and club cancellation decisions.
Membership orders
Membership refunds are handled by the club responsible for the membership plan. The checkout review step may ask the payer to confirm that they understand refunds are handled by the club.
Platform and processing fees
go.atspeed booking fees are non-refundable once paid unless go.atspeed is legally required to refund them or the platform has made a clear checkout or processing error. Club administration fees and other non-refundable amounts may also not be returned depending on the accepted checkout policy.
Cancelled events or rounds
Where a club cancels an event, championship, or round, the club is responsible for deciding and carrying out the appropriate refund action through the available platform tools and in line with the policy shown to racers.
Refund timing
Refund timing depends on club action, platform processing, Stripe, banks, card networks, currency, country, and payment method. A refund marked as issued by the platform can take additional time to appear on the payer's statement.
Questions about a refund
For event, championship, membership, eligibility, attendance, or cancellation decisions, contact the organising club first. For account, privacy, checkout, payment record, or platform bug reports, use the go.atspeed support form with the order reference and the email address used at checkout.
