Booking fees
How booking fees are calculated, what they cover, and where to check the exact fee shown during checkout.
go.atspeed.tech may charge a booking fee on paid orders placed through checkout. The fee supports the hosted entry flow, payment handling, refund operations, and the order administration needed to run RC event registrations reliably.
The default booking fee is 5.00% of the paid order total. The GBP base limits are £0.50 minimum and £7.50 maximum per order. Other currency limits are calculated from those GBP base limits using reference conversion rates at the time the fee table is updated.
Fee limits are updated periodically. Actual fees charged are shown at checkout and may vary from the fees on this page.
The fee is calculated on the paid basket for that checkout, including entries and any extras selected before payment.
