Club terms
These terms apply to clubs and organisers using go.atspeed.tech to publish paid RC events, championships, memberships, booking pages, and registration pages.
Last updated: 25 May 2026.
These club terms apply when a club, organiser, venue operator, promoter, or authorised team member uses go.atspeed.tech to manage club pages, events, championships, memberships, bookings, payments, refunds, or racer data. They sit alongside the platform terms, privacy notice, cookie policy, and any Stripe terms that apply to your connected Stripe account.
Your club account
You must only create or manage a club if you are authorised to act for that club or organiser. You are responsible for keeping dashboard access limited to trusted people and removing team members who no longer need access.
go.atspeed.tech uses one shared user account per person. Do not ask team members to share logins. Actions taken through a club dashboard may be treated as actions authorised by the club.
Event and championship responsibility
Your club is responsible for the RC event, championship, venue, timetable, race format, class rules, licence requirements, transponder requirements, safety requirements, attendance rules, and on-the-day operation. go.atspeed.tech provides hosted booking, checkout, order, membership, and dashboard tools; it does not run the event unless this is agreed separately in writing.
You must make sure all published information is accurate before bookings open. This includes prices, dates, venues, class descriptions, capacity, reserve-list rules, cancellation settings, refund settings, eligibility requirements, and any rules or terms that racers must accept at checkout.
Payments and Stripe
Paid bookings are processed online through Stripe Connect. Your club must complete the Stripe onboarding and verification steps required for its country before publishing paid events, championships, or memberships.
The legal, business, representative, and payout details your club gives Stripe must be accurate and must match the club or organiser bank account used for payouts where Stripe requires that match.
Payment for paid event entries, championship entries, and memberships must be made through the go.atspeed.tech checkout flow. Your club must not ask racers to pay outside the platform, move platform bookings to off-platform payment, or otherwise route entry payments around the platform payment system. Circumventing platform payment may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of the club account.
Your club is responsible for any payment-processing fees, payout requirements, tax obligations, invoices, accounting records, and local financial compliance connected with the money it receives. go.atspeed.tech may deduct or collect booking fees as shown in checkout or dashboard fee information.
Refunds and cancellations
Your club is responsible for choosing and honouring the cancellation and refund policy shown to racers at checkout. Where go.atspeed.tech stores a checkout policy snapshot, that snapshot is the record of the policy the payer accepted for that order.
Refunds must be handled through the platform where the order was paid through go.atspeed.tech. Do not mark off-platform payments or refunds as platform payments or refunds unless a specific finance feature supports that workflow.
Racer data and privacy
Your club may receive access to racer names, contact details, licence details, transponder details, class selections, checkout answers, order details, and payment/refund status where needed to run bookings and memberships. Clubs may ask for telephone numbers or other operational contact details in checkout questions where genuinely needed. Use that information only for legitimate club operations connected with the relevant booking, membership, event, or championship.
Do not export, copy, or retain racer data longer than needed for club operations, safeguarding, finance records, dispute handling, or legal obligations. If you collect extra checkout questions, keep them operationally necessary and avoid collecting sensitive information unless it is genuinely required.
International clubs and events
go.atspeed.tech supports clubs, organisers, venues, and racers in more than one country. Your club remains responsible for checking the local legal, tax, insurance, safeguarding, racing-body, and consumer rules that apply to the country where your club is based and the country where each event or round takes place.
Do not publish paid bookings in a country, currency, or event location unless your Stripe account, local rules, and club permissions allow you to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not use go.atspeed.tech for misleading listings, unlawful events, unsafe event instructions, abusive content, spam, unauthorised scraping, attempts to bypass payment flows, or activity that interferes with the platform or another club's data.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate club access where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect racers, clubs, payments, platform security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or trust in the booking service.
Platform changes and availability
go.atspeed.tech may change, add, remove, or limit platform features. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, third-party service failures, or security work.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your club remains responsible for checking that the platform setup, booking settings, published information, and available reports are suitable for its event, championship, membership, accounting, and local compliance needs.
Questions
Contact go.atspeed.tech support if your club needs help understanding how platform booking, refund, Stripe, or data access features work. These terms do not replace independent legal, tax, safeguarding, insurance, or accounting advice for your club.
