Events and Championships now have a shared status bar for booking availability, reserve offers and visibility. Open or close booking manually, return to the schedule, and choose whether automatic reserve offers continue while booking is closed. When releasing places on the entries board, review the next reserve offers before confirming. 🏁
Request entry payments straight from the board, with a preview of recipients, amounts and class capacity. Club teams can receive reserve and payment activity updates, plus warnings when an offer can't be delivered. Private duplicate-entry alerts flag bookings for review, while name corrections keep entry lists and race-day exports useful. 📋
Clubs can also choose to apply better cancellation and refund terms to eligible existing bookings, without worsening the terms racers already accepted. Refreshed order details make entries, payments and cancellations clearer while preserving the original order history. 🔎
